Ingredients: (150g)
Peanuts: 1 Tbsp
Heeng: 1 pinch
Jeera: 1 Tsp
Greeb Chillies: 1-2
Black Salt: 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 Tsp
Dhaniya: handful
Pudina: handful
Lemon Juice: 1/2 Lemon
Jaggery: 1/2 Tsp
Instructions:
1. In a silbatta/okli, add Peanuts, Heeng, Jeera and Green Chillies.
2. Grind and crush.
3. Add Black Salt and Chilli Powder.
4. Then add Dhaniya and Pudina.
5. Grind and form a paste.
6. Squeeze in lemon juice and a pinch of jaggery.
